Raspberries make such a sweet and delightful, flavorful water. After you try this, you’ll enjoy experimenting with them. This infused water is one of the most tasty things I’ve tried, especially when the water becomes slightly pink, and makes it the ideal drink to impress your guests!
When I first made this drink I was amazed of its health benefits. Raspberries are packed with vitamin C, and will help you boost your overall immunity, which is great! The mint gives it a fresh flavor and helps in detoxing! The drink is great for those who are dieting, or leading a healthy life!
Let’s get started!
- Use 1/3 cup of raspberries
- 8 sprigs of mint
- 5 cups of filtered water
- 1tbsp of orange water (optional)
You will need a BPA-free pitcher, or a mason jar. Add 5 cups of filtered water in it. Let the mixture infuse in the fridge for at least an hour. The vitamin water can keep up to 2 days in the fridge, and then, you can refill it.
Note: If you do not like mint you can use rosemary or thyme instead.
